Public Health Reimagined:
Transforming our Landscape in a COVID-19 World
May 20-21, 2021, 9:00am - 3:30pm
Register now for NMPHA's signature interactive experience: keynotes, multiple session options, networking and caucus time, and robust poster sessions. This is a great opportunity to come together as public health practitioners from all over the state to strengthen our movement towards health equity in New Mexico.
As we move through this unprecedented time of a devastating pandemic, a destructive economic downturn, and conspicuous displays of racism and political turmoil, we have new windows of opportunity to make meaningful changes. We are at a critical juncture where we can transform our public health landscape and our communities, together.
Please consider presenting your work this year. NMPHA welcomes a variety of abstract proposals and session formats, with a focus on New Mexico-based solutions to COVID-19 challenges, anti-racism and health equity, community development and collective impact, and accessing levers of power to promote public health. For 2021 Application Instructions and Checklist, go to this link. To submit abstracts, go to this link by March 1, 2021. To volunteer to be a reviewer, email our Coordinator.
We are applying for the following CEUs: CHES, SW, CPS and CHW. All CE credits are included in the registration fee.
