The New Mexico Public Health Association (NMPHA) invites you to participate in our annual conference, “Celebrating 100 Years of Public Health in New Mexico: Growing the Next Generation of Leaders,” on April 5 & 6, 2017 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Albuquerque. We are seeking exhibits from government agencies, academic institutions, community groups, advocacy organizations, educational programs, and businesses.
The fee includes one 6’ x 30” table draped and skirted, 2 chairs and electricity. Power strips and/or extension cords will be an additional charge. You are welcome to bring your own. Organizations are welcome to share a table. Please contact us for more information about this.
The fee also includes lunch and break snacks for one person; additional people at your table will need to pay $25 if they plan on having lunch. If you are interested in attending sessions during the conference, you will need to register for the conference separately at www.nmpha.org. The registration may be shared with others at your table.
Set up will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5 and take down will be on Thursday, April 6 at 4:00 p.m. You can choose to participate on one day or both days.
